Free Towing Policy

We provide free towing for all vehicles we purchase. Towing is included at no additional cost and will not be deducted from the agreed-upon purchase price. We coordinate towing logistics and schedule pickup at a time convenient for the seller.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Junk Cars USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
